Gas Inlets

Depending on customer preferences and application requirements, the Extrel CMS process analyzer can be equipped with a variety of inlets switched, multi-port inlets under software control. In many cases, combinations of inlet technology may be appropriate.

Fast Clearing, Low Volume Inlets - Rotary Valve Option

Rotary valves take full advantage of the speed of the Extrel CMS Gas Analysis Systems and can be configured for positive pressure, ambient and sub-ambient pressure applications. More information

High Volume, Environmental Inlet - The Extrel Fast Valve

The Fast Valve is an 80-position valve designed to move large amounts of gas quickly to the analyzer. Environmental applications are particularly suited for the Fast Valve. More information

Linear Solenoid Inlets

Both pneumatic and electrically operated solenoid inlets are available in various configurations to provide a robust inlet for a variety of difficult sampling applications. More information

Relay Outputs

The MAX300-IG and MAX300-LG Gas Analysis Systems can provide contact closures rated for 220 volts at 2 amps to control existing or customer-provided inlets.

DCS Control Option

The MAX300-IG and MAX300-LG Gas Analysis Systems can be controlled by an external DCS or control system via a digital command interface. Up to 128 different commands can be accepted including analysis, calibration, scans or tune functions.
