The MAX300-LG Benchtop Gas Analysis System: The MAX300-LG Benchtop Gas Analysis System is the latest addition to the Extrel CMS family of high performance gas analysis systems. It is designed with the high sensitivity and resolution and the flexibility needed to meet the challenges of the research laboratory and ruggedness and reliability needed on the production floor.
The MAX300-LG is unique in that it offers two separate software packages, either a true analytical software package or the Q5 Proces Control software, a true process control software package.
The MAX 300-LG can be used in identifing multiple unknowns or for monitoring and controling multiple gas streams. It is an ideal tool to take a product from basic research, through the development laboratory, onto the production floor and into final test.

MAX300-IG Industrial Process Control System : The MAX300-LG Process Control System represents the Seventh Generation Process Mass Spectrometer from Extrel. It monitor multiple samples quickly and has a 2 to 300 amu mass range with detection limits from 100% to high parts per billion. It comes packaged in an sealed industrial housing and has an air conditioner for a controlled conditions. It is ideal for multi-component process analysis.
It operates using our powerful Q5 Process Control Software. The Q5 software package is Extrel's Fifth Generation Process Software. It allows the user to monitor an unlimited number of components in both trend and Single Ion Mode, run multiple methods and use multiple process set points.
The Q5 Software has multiple security levels, a powerful reporting package and is 21 CFR 11 compliant. The web based software allows authorized users to operate and trouble shoot thier process from anywhere in the world.
The MAX300-IG has a wide range of configurations for different applications. These include a wide range of multiport valves and gas inlets, corrosive resistance, enclosures for explosive and hazardous locations and more.
