Extrel offers a variety of Service Maintenance Agreements, of which our Premium Coverage is the most popular. It assures optimal performance from the analyzer and minimal delay in emergency situations. Simply communicate the issue to Extrel or your local Representative via phone or email and we take care of the rest. There’s no need to obtain a purchase order or deal with terms and conditions each time a service or part is required. Downtime is reduced, as is the stress level of site personnel who often do not have the time or expertise to dedicate to a particular analyzer. For those sites that have had personnel attended our factory training, less comprehensive coverage may be more than adequate. Please review the list of contract options.
