The MAX-LT system is the latest in Extrel's high resolution, high sensitivity, flange mounted Quadrupole Mass Spectrometers.Mounted on a 4 1/2 inch (DN 63 CF) flange the MAX-LT series beats the competition's price and performance! It is available in 100, 200 and 500 amu versions.
The MAX LT Systems use Extrel’s high transmission 9.5 mm rod Tri-Filter™ Quadrupole Mass Filter and our 4.5 QC RF/DC power supply to provide true mass spectrometer performance in a compact package. They use the same powerful, flexible and easy to use Merlin Automation Software found in our higher performance MAX Systems.
The MAX LT Systems are ideal for applications such as TPD, environmental chemistry studies and high sensitivity residual gas analysis. They can be fitted with energy filters for use in plasma monitoring, end point detection and SIMS.
